10 Day Rule

If you or someone you know has been arrested for a DUI or has had their license suspended, you or your attorney must write or fax the DMV to demand a hearing within ten days of your arrest. If you do not request a hearing within 10 days, it is likely that you will not get another chance to fight the suspension.
